    the dopamine loop got boring on this one. The author's innovation dipped around the 200-300 mark. So every story arc is a repeat of the last one pretty much and the fun aspect of the book dropped out as he stopped travelling to other realms as often as before. Finally some of the plot holes are starting to get a bit tooo big. MC would say one thing in the chapter then in the next go on to prove the opposite

    This is my note on the novel after my common sense got a little update, so I thought it could be useful "common" update for someone else.
    In a way I feel these readings are a sort of blasphemy that do me no good, like drinking a cup of blood for example. Why do it casually, you know?

    It's not a terrible novel, but calling it a hidden gem might be a bit much. Among the sea of trash that exists in the Webnovel scene, this would be above average. It's not going to be in any competition for top tier novels though.

    I will say, if you don’t like or can't tolerate faceslapping or "humble" showing off, you likely won't enjoy this.

      Power up > Take some action > And we got an entire chapter consisting of NPCs reacting to how awesome the mc is. Lol
      And his transmigration, repetitive template. Imagine NPCs from 3 different world reacting to the gay doing something impossible, for a chapter or two.

    After reading the completed novel, I believe the current title was not the best translation.

    Based on the direct translations of the characters, 'chuàngjiàn' being to create or establish is pretty clear, but 'tiandao' is foremost translated as 'heavenly way' before 'heavenly laws'. Considering the whole novel is just the MC literally creating and spreading his own new cultivation path to the highest realm, and never bothers to create his own laws, 'Establishing the Way to Heaven' would be the most apt description imo.

    And it's finally done
    After reading 760/795 I can with clean view say that it was worth is. Regardless of it's flaws, it was still worth it.
    Although I didn't read 795 chapters, I can easily say author rushed the end, 31 more worlds to explore yet less then 50 chapters remains? sigh
    I'm not even sure how to evaluate it.
    Lin Yuan never encountered a problem he couldn't resolve. Not once. Didn't even use his physical teleport to different dimension.
    He never had a partner(s), which is quite new to me.
    Different paths are interesting but never explored in depth. Rare moments when they did were quickly overshadowed and forgotten.
    "Oh he's strong because of that and that", nice explanation. Show us!! Gosh after reading My Longevity Simulation I can't stop but compare. In MLS cultivators feel so real, yet here it's "he did that so he's strong, he can do that".sigh x2
    Even those excruciatingly painful face slap. The worst was surprisingly in the beginning, when 4 of those was back to back. I almost dropped it, yet persisted. Later on they became bearable.
    Plot armor, it is here and there is a lot of it.
    Translation is... Decent? I could understand what was written but nothing more. Translator's quirks(Za Warudo, seriously?), were somewhat annoying, but other ones, I enjoyed them. It's rare to see people care.
    As story progresses actual content of the chapters decreased from realistic 50-70% to 10-30%. God skipping 2 chapters of "Holy fick He did it!" again and again.
    And then what?
    It's just...
    It feels so empty...
    Overall I enjoyed it and while I do recommend in I do not think it's something that is deep, no brain should be used while reading it.
    You will find faceslaps as often as you find jade beauties in other novels. While it's true, characters sometimes think(!). Plans that some characters make are actually quite smart, yet sometimes they arent. But mostly they're 2D plain personalities Including Lin Yuan. Things that could've been explored never were.
    Power levels are just that, levels. Nothing truly deep.
    Translation as well as story overall degrades over time. "Effortless" and not in a good sense.
    Transmigration could have been explored with deeper gaze but no.
    Aura farming was nice tho hlst
    Oh right, he never actually followed the title, although what he did create somewhat resembles it, I still think it wasn't explored enough.

    I've read 28 f#ck you!! This shit is ass!... I've read many novels and only few have made me drop a novel so early...the rating is 100% not deserved...more like a 3.1 and that's if I are desperate...I've just come from reading My Longevity Simulation and compared to that is shit might as well be a 2.6 rating
