    Just finished reading th whole thing, it was phenomenal!

    This was, undoubtedly m, one of the best novel I have ever read. The development of the characters and world building is done extremely well by the author. One small thing that I didn’t like was that there was so little romance involved :/ But since there was no romance tag I guess I’ll have to deal with it (Although I would’ve love more interaction between mc and Ames, loved every second between them).

    All in all, a must read. 9.969 out of 10 because lack of more Ames.

      Brother I can tell you there isn't an ounce of racism in this novel. Nationalism, it's probably the least obtrusive nationalism you'll ever read. It's only because he is Chinese and that the Chinese players coincidentally start on the same planet as him that the Chinese players are better than the other nations, and it's still close since he doesnt prefer them after other nationalities join him, they get the same treatment.

      I get where you are coming from but there is no racism in this novel and the nationalism is more like national pride where he sometimes help his people instead of toxic one like 'china no1' 'world bad, deserve death' type thing. It wont affect the story at all.

      PS: Its necessary addition seeing how the story potray the government and the ruling civilization in a bad light which doesnt fly well in china.

    having just finished this, i can tell you that this novel hit me the same way lotm did.
    just an honestly incredible novel— albeit with some flaws— and i cannot describe in words how incredible it was to read through the journey of han xiao.
    i truly recommend you read this novel if you have the time (1463 chapters takes quite a while to read unless you binge through it during a holiday or something).

    with all that said, it doesn't have a lack of some flaws that may hinder your experience while reading this novel. let me list a few of them: (spoilers as i spoil certain events in the story)







    i may have missed some other things, so feel free to share your opinions with me. i'd love to hear what other people think about this novel.
    even though i may have these criticisms, it doesn't mean i hate this novel; far from it, i love this novel.

    enough of my rambling, here's the tl;dr

    if you want to read a novel to temporarily fill up your empty, sad heart, this novel is for you.
    final rating: 8.5/10 (lotm is my Personal 10/10 so take that as you will)

      Currently at 395, and i had to stop once in a while. Not Worth binge reading. LOTM is 9/10 while this shit is 7/10 like Reverend Insanity. The rest of chinese novels are below 7.

      In the later chapters I felt like aroshia was just completely forgotten, Idk if I accidentally skipped through her parts or something, but she was completely not mentioned. Also my boy herlous was conpletely forgotten too)

        Not really skipped, it's just like other characters get less screen time when their quest-line is over, and she was basically only a side quest anyway. She's still there generally, just in the background since what she generally isn't a very impactful character

      The nationalism isn't really the "china good, america bad" shit, it's more because it fits into the plot of the story; This is a Chinese novel, MC is Chinese, he spawns with the other Chinese people, makes sense right? The Chinese dudes get extra shit bc of HX at the start, but by the end of the novel, everyone joins in, there's no difference, Australian, Russian, and other dudes are also in his army.

      Aroshia and Risda probably got their family back after Han Xiao sort of walked up to Manison and told him to give the AI lifeforms their bodies back

      They're not really of use to Han Xiao anymore; he can make more AI lifeforms as he wishes. He's got his own army.

      About the other love interests, Sylvia was a f#cking child when HX picked her up. For Hila, she lost her chance when HX got with Ames. For Jotina, she's too pushy and I'm pretty sure HX said he didn't like her(romantically).
