Quite good, worth a read, but could be a lot better.

Plot has some pretty substantial holes, though less wise readers might not even wouldn't notice.

Translation is.. weird. It's mostly fluent English but there's some very frequent egregious mistakes with names and pronouns, and you just kinda have to guess what's going on.

The novel is very good.
Even though I'm still reading and have no idea, there was a saying in other novels:
Everything arises from chaos and ends with chaos.
In a way, chaos is the beginning and end of life.
Or it was something similar.

Normally, I dont like the concept of Gods in novels because none of them can express it properly or integrate it into the novel, but it's not bad in this novel. In fact, the only element that creates curiosity in the novel is the gods and MC.

It's really good, I read up to 178.

The MC is someone transmigrated to this world of magic, in a body of a race cursed by the gods and as a herald of the ninth god, the enemy of all gods. The truth is that the MC was transferred to the world of his favorite game after unlocking an achievement and being able to play in a "unique" mode as a herald of the Nameless Chaos.

The MC starts out weak and gradually gains strength. He has a "system" that would be the blessing of his God, but this is not even considered a cheat since there is a balance (read and understand).

We see the MC traveling and gaining strength, hiding from everyone and even gods that he is the Nameless Herald of Chaos. The story is not as simple as "take over the world and end the game", there are reasons for him to be in this world, reasons that have not been discovered yet, the stories about the gods are not so simple, each religion has its unique history and motivations which are gradually explored in the novel.

In the end, we have:
> A good story, with a good rhythm and which has maintained a hint of mystery in all the arcs;
> 9 religions that have a lot of content to be explored and thankfully the author is doing it well.
> An intelligent, cautious and principled MC.
> Well done fights and fun powers. No, the MC is not overpowered, some of his blessings may seem broken, but due to the risk of exposure he uses them as a last resort, as a trump card. Generally his battles are planned so that he can win something later and that his powers remain discreet. He's cunning and a little greedy haha.
> For romance lovers we have a romantic sub-plot. I can say that the MC is not a simp, nor a Japanese MC. I can also say that I like FML.

I liked the approach of this novel.
Like most others, the MC has a cheat in the form of the Dead God's powers/miracles but has to be careful when using it, for it is seen as heretics.
Thus, every important battle where he goes all-out is also filled with preparations and/or schemes so either he can fight the stronger foe alone or those that see him can be dispatched before informing the world.
The author also uses the stuff he inserts rather well, with even the more useless-looking powers/artifacts being of use in certain situations.
The MC isn't also a holy hero in the making but someone with a goal and morals - he will avoid using certain means but not discard them from the start. He also isn't a non-feeling machine that can go through transmigration and adapt in less than a day, but a guy doing his best to treat the world as a game and his body as a character so he can continue risking his life - or he may break.
The only problem... is that the translation is quite rough/lazy here and there, so patience is needed kk

Synopsis is there yo create mystery then comes the first chapter and all the mystery is gone

4 ⭐ for cover.

Why's it rated 4.8 💀😭

Let this Emperor give it a shot.
And see if its a land worth conquering.

Ayy Chaos here too… at least thats what I could tell from that short synopsis that doesnt tell me much which I dont expect much from Korean novels

Premise is rubbish, but it's interesting. Although I expected an evil mc, tired of seeing abilities related to evil, or corruption with Good mc who uses it for good.
An average work, the MC is not a hero but he is not a bad guy either, the TL is honestly not good. But I can do it in peace.
