Lin Qing He transmigrated into a novel and became one of its cannon fodders. The novel’s background is non-viable 1960s, a time of want to eat but nothing to eat and want to wear but nothing to wear.

Although there is a lack of supplies and life was monotonous, this wasn’t what she was concerned about because she got a small personal interspatial space, which was stuffed with supplies, so temporarily there were no worries about her basic needs.

What she’s worried about is that if she remembers correctly, her three so-called sons will become big villains in the future, and their upright and cold dad will end up with an undeniable end.

Lin Qing He looked at the three future villain sons, the eldest who was only five years old, the second child was only three years old, and the third child was only one year old, and decided to give them half of a big white bun first… Collapse

A really good slice of life novel, wholesome story. The english is a got worse in the later chapters but its bearable. I dont think its in the editing or translation, i think its just how the chinese phrase their sentences. Still readable you can still understand what they are trying to say clearly.
I will say this is a must read for slice of life novel, female protagonist that i really liked. Faithful relationships and some bits of comedy. For me its like 9.7 or 9.8 out of 10. Really the grammar is the only thing i can complain about. Also its Completed as i am writing this. Highly encouraged to read it for anyone who will see this comment.

I agree with this except I do want to say with the translation compared to most you encounter; this one is not bad. It's more of missing a word here or there mostly. My biggest problem was there are plenty of times that when speaking of money, they would say eighteen hundred and mean thousand. Otherwise just push through first 2-300 chapters. You might feel it gets a little repetitive during those, but it also shows a lot of stuff, from character growth, relationship development, family growth, etc so don't recommend skipping it. Somewhere in the late 200s though it picks up and gets even better. I've read hundreds of LN and this one did amazing for its genre, a ton of respect to the writer, so glad I ran across it.

I think its more of an error in translation. There are times when the grammar isnt right like the translator isnt a native english speaker or a confusing error when talking about money.

Read only 20 plus chapters. What is it with eating and Chinese novels. If you want to write about food recipes and cooking, please do include in synopsis..

A lot of good novels are ruined when they can’t even comply with junior high/middle school level grammar mechanics.

To bad no one wants to hire a master of linguistics specializing in historical and cultural linguistics with a minor in mythology and theology.

tf bro, there shtload of online tools to help with that regard. Just copy paste chapter and it'll correct itseslf. if not then there's always the good ol' MS Word by Billy G.
if author/translator can even be bothered to do that, it tells a story.
