    Amazing novel. Can't really add any new praises of the novel to this comment section. Anyways reading about like 4 novels with heavy lore and this one is a really bad idea.

    interesting story and settings but it is clumsily made like the other chinese novels and has lots of loopholes, the chinese are indeed terrible at being an author.
    for friends that disagree , I have to say that the way he gives out information about deities and important and classified secrets in exchange of some easily found and impossible to understand diary pages is plain stupid and unreal, the author just wants to show off stolen knowledge of some shameless narcissist to make his MC look cool.
    his choice of members is also rubbish, he invites practically useless members that barely know anything, are weak and seriously poor.
    all in all a good novel to read but it would crumble like any other chinese novel if you were to go deep into it.

        you are the stupid one here blindly defending it when I have a point in my criticism, every idiot who has a bit of experience in literature could see how foundationless this novel is despite possessing a good story and interesting world building, it did have potential but he just had to ruin it by fabricating nonsense to finish it quickly instead of seriously considering filling these gaps that have formed in the story and they are quit big as well.
        I would give it a 8/10 and the single reason for that is his negligence in setting a deep foundation for it.

            stupidity is a shared trait amongst the humans there are barely any smart ones and with the most stupid having less IQ than gorillas, its only obvious that the truly smart will be a minority as proven by history if you have red any.

          I can say, "I have experience" about anything. That doesn't automatically make my conclusion true.
          Race has nothing to do with skill in writing. I can be a good writer and somebody else of my race can be a bad one. Your ability and talent in any field is decided by prior experience and simply the way you think. That's common sense.

                I think what he meant was that being raised within Chinese culture causes them to think in a way that results in them being bad authors (I don't know how, but I believe that's what he meant). To be fair, novels that come out of China do tend to be of inferior quality because they have to praise China to some extent in order to not be removed, which obviously lowers the quality.

      You are really stupid, your first comment, it was all your opinion solely on your preference, why are you dragging quality into the book here? Are you even aware of the difference between personal preference and the quality of a book? What you wrote is not a poorly thought out plot or some kind of plot hole, it's just how the author saw the development of the character, and the organization of the Tarot club. It just didn’t work for you, but you don’t need to immediately write that the quality of the book is crap. Yes, I agree, Chinese authors have released a lot of low-quality shit, but this book certainly cannot be classified as low-quality, it can only refer to the fact that this is not your cup.
      In addition, you brought as an example reverend madness, which is ridiculous, I do not argue, the book is not bad, but it is far from a masterpiece, not to mention that it would trample LOTM into the mud.
      If you are looking for cool literary works, for smart and highly intelligent people, then why do you read novels at all? Go read serious literature written by world famous people.

    Hello guys we will be getting the 2nd Book of Lord of the mysteries on 4th march 2023. The name of the book will be ' Circle of inevitability '. It has been confirmed by the author of the name for 2nd book. In 2nd book we will see a new mc and the new story might have alot to do with the outer diety as the name of the 2nd Book is literally the name of an outer diety. Yes you heard it right ' circle of inevitability ' is an outer diety. Btw it is also speculated that by the near end of 2nd Book we will see klein waking up. I hope the 2nd book will be as good as Lotm . Praise The Fool .

    10/10 My favorite part is where he lampooned

    Seriously though, the only fault I can highlight is that Cuttlefish likes to frequently jump between different scenes, which confuses quite a bit. Otherwise, this is unparalleled.
