    Hell, the will of argument makes me not want to read the novel.

    The protagonist is lazy but gets serious after 60 chapters.

    The protagonist indirectly causes the death of his parents for not buying resources.

    The protagonist is "Smart" but sometimes his close acquaintances lead him to trouble because they want to do justice.

    The protagonist finally decides to give abundant resources to his close ones.

    As for the sister, she is more talented than the protagonist and if he gives her resources easily she can be better than the protagonist, then why not throw resources at her like breadcrumbs. he would have an ally who can protect him and who would never betray him unless he fell in love.

    Your system is supposed to be inactive, simply give resources to your ally, make it stronger and stay inactive.

    It is difficult to decide whether to read this or not, the death of his parents is simply one of the reasons.

        I love it when people say, like everyone else! A system is literally a Macguffin, A Deus Ex Machina and a Gold Finger all rolled into one and not once did the Author: "Everybody walk the Dinosaur". Imagine you're on a crashing Plane and you have a system that says it'll loan you a cheat at twenty times the system points just to get out of a situation that will kill Everyone Else! You'll be ever grateful to have said system. Protagonist are our way into the story, we are in their shoes as it were. Systems are nothing new, A simpler form existed way back when, in fact The Greeks did it all the time in their fiction, the term Deus Ex Machina literally means God of the Machine.

        You misunderstood system novels too much, there are several system novels that have history why they got them, why someone give it to them, some op system that no one cares, system that has too much info dumping and many more.
