both worlds are just projections(ain't really real in a way). there are 3 MCs in the story
one from the cultivation world one from the modern world and one from the future...as for why a future mc exist he lives in a place where time doesn't exist and cultivation mc can connect to that place ..as for why two MCs exist but were shown as one person at the start well...there are 3 world in the story the true world and its two projections
the two world projections are the cultivation and modern.. the world were the future mc is from is the real world.Before the story even began the cultivation mc had all his memories taken and the two MCs minds or consciousness fused into one but one of them has no memories that why mc thought he transmigrated at the start..although the two worlds are projections of the realworld they are still reflections of another that's why actions on one end reflect in the other there are two MCs but now one mind and that one mind(fused minds of the MCs can only be in one world at once causing mc a lot of problems...as for his ability to bring gold to the other world its because of his clutivation...his real self the future mc cultivates the dao of confusion ..and mc gets affected by that..but wait..the real mc also cultivates the dao of clarity.. two opposite daos but one of them was stolen...remember one of the two projection mc lost his memories that was when it happened the mc(all three of them) needed clarity to balance confusion but since that was taken he was left in a confused state almost all time.....there is a lot more to say. but I'm going to stop here...oh a d one more thing the mtl here ends at chapter 800 and something that is not the end I read the rest of the chapters at a Chinese website(they were raws translated by Google) and I'll give a major warning!!!! I don't know if its the website's fault....or author but the chapters seem to be mixed up heavily some chapters repeat themselves even in the ranobes mtl there were mixed up chapters there and of course the translation is bad...not unreasonable but not good either....BTW Mc wins in the end tho not cleanly...
