This is a story that i personally enjoy and read every day with its 2 times a day uploads and some other things.
But to be honest, i don't read SDitFW on this site with all the incomplete/nonexistent/faulty chapters that only exist on this website.
(Do note that this only really becomes an issue around chapter 1500 and further, so it is not a problem if you want to try the novel to see if it suits you.)
I just copy the chapter title and read it on another website because my novel list is located on this site.

Evertime story pick up author put filler about MC cooking. I love cooking dont get me wrong but it make no sense to stop ongoing stroy every few chapter so he can decribe MC cooking dinner and eating etc.. I get he want to increase word count but this is the most stupid way to go about it, why so much filler that got nothing to do with the story.

This is a superhero everyday life, if the author had been given the go-ahead to describe every day of life, he would have done so. If you love everyday life and comics, this is for you, but as in life, you will not become a god for 1500+ chapters/days!

This novel is what you call hot trash. The idea and concept was really good and the first hundred chapters were alright, but after that the author basically cucked the mc’s growth it reached a point where it took 200+ chapters for the mc to gain one stat point. The mc’s personality is also a problem the author tries to make him aloof and hedonistic at the same time which doesn’t make sense. Overall it’s a really bad novel at times but if you endure until chapter 1000+ It will start picking up.

So many damn fillers. It’s like the naruto of novels literally. Out of every one hundred chapters only 20 chapters matter the rest are filler.

Im not really a fan of this novel. It's not so bad but its not for me, and I feel like I misunderstood what this would even read like. I only got around 35 chapters in and I've dropped it as it's been pretty boring and I thought it would be more realistic, but come to find out the MC is a homicidal maniac. I stg this guy unjustly killed like 8 people already. Look back to his first gunfight, where I've just dropped this and he viciously executed multiple incapacitated criminals. That's super illegal but it's just brushed aside and I feel like I got the tone of the novel from that. I guess that's where the "ruthless" I see in the reviews come from but a police officer should serve the people not be a murderer

1000+ chapter, so far i really enjoy it, the mc personality and plot was really good. I also really like the fact that the mc know a little about the world cause only watch a couple western movie cause he is a chinese in previous life. And there no nationalisms or Chinese propaganda just.

But there’s nothing perfect in this world, some movie just felt a bit like filler only for exp and because the plot was so slow (800 chapter is just 1 year) but packed of action a lot of stuff i dont know how the author will solve it, well for iron man the time was speed up (original iron man was 2008 and this novel he was kidnapped in 2004) so maybe i will find out after reading it till latest chapter.

And i hope there will be a little time skip in between

600 chapters in and... MY GOD. 3rd best ruthless/cunning/intelligent MC of all the web novels I've read (after Author's POV and Supremacy Games MC), and possibly one of the top 10 on this website. The author doesn't skimp on character development, including character psychology. Makes you want to read more of his experiences. Everything seems perfect so far, characters, world building, system etc.

I also have to commend the Author on his/her research of Movie worlds incorporated, I mean for and Chinese made novel, the author sure is knowledgeable in international appraised Blockbusters.
