    this might not be an issue for some people but it doesn't vibe with me

      Yeah. Scholar's advanced technological system was really good at how it paced its development. It feels natural, step by step development. This is too fast paced. It's like boom I got system, two weeks later I made security app, two weeks later I made new os, two weeks later I made true AI, two weeks later I made quantum chip, two weeks later ai created fusion technology. I'm exaggerating ofc but it feels like that. The story could be 5 times better if the author would rewrite with better pacing, more natural development, better planning and slightly better character interactions. Author should read scholar's advanced technological system if he hasn't already until the timeskip.

        To be fair, the author of scholar's advanced technological system put approximately 1000x more research into that novel than most authors, and we can't expect that level of quality from every run of the mill novel, but it's still bad even by normal standards imo.

        Anyway, to anyone who hasn't read scholar's advanced technological system yet: READ IT! It's in my top 3 all-time favorite novels, up with LoTM and the rest.

    The story is a little slow but very interesting, explaining the technical parts of each type of new technology that the protagonist uses, there is a very relevant reason for the story to be slow, if you read enough you will understand that it is not easy to be the greatest genius and inventor of the planet without offending any country. I recommend this novel, it's a great learning experience.

    it's average at the beginning had good potential, but in the later parts of the work it became extremely boring because of the focus on irrelevant characters and because of politics, Besides mc being stupid and naive(although not stupid) his brain can still think fast.
    Overall it's a good job to pass the time.

      First of all
      this was set in 2010-2014 (not so much being the brightest moment for knowledge about dangers of get money/get guard not really like this decade where you know how to get shit going but can't)
      when you are trying to make a company stand on its foot, you don't consider personal security as a priority (if you didn't get betrayed once or have experience) and mostly by being in a (supposedly) safe country and still not knowing how much money you can make or how high your danger is to a certain nation
      escalating too fast... they spend at least 1 year to make company and starting certain plans.
      it is simply the number of chapters compared to actual events that is a bit confusing

        Bruh even if this was set to medieval times, its still dumb. If I won the lottery, Id have people guarding me immediately. How much more about him when he is handling cyber security. Even in the current chapter, the knowledge he holds is a threat to other countries so how could it be possible that his family isnt being protected while taking a vacation overseas. If I were in enemy countries shoes, Id target them immediately for hostage. Even without knowing the current guys ambitions already. Dont underestimate the 2010 era. The waters werw already deep even then.

            Man its not having just the same mindset. Its having common sense. Look here, have you read the part where the Rich divorced lady invited her bodyguard who betrayed her in a room with only the two of them alone? If it makes sense then all shit will. Look what happened? She almost died. Did she not anticipate being put in that position? Isnt it just commonsense? To think shes also from rich and wise family she shouldve been wiser. Some common sense that even a common person would realize left the 'wise and rich' lady for some reason? Thats why im telling you this novel loses commonsense when its convenient for the plot.

              As a rich, powerful person with terrifying family (and extremely protected)
              you don't expect a mere bodyguard to suddenly attack you (considering that doing so is a death sentence).
              Common sense, not everyone has it the same other people have it
              (in my common sense, if someone killed another innocent person he should be killed, for you (maybe) just a prison sentence is enough)

                  Over confidence is something a lot of 2nd and beyond generations of the rich suffer from.
                  And yes even if cornering him he would at most get him fired and not get employed by rich and influential people, that is far better than death.
                  And also you are talking too much about an issue of the MC character or events, that simply is a development to the MC or people around him, if done/fixed right

                  Over confidence should be paired with common sense. You dont just go bring all your riches and jewelry in to the slums just because your father is the ruler of the city. Its not over confidence, its ignorance. And lack of common sense. Which isnt believable considering shes once of the smartest woman in the country whose planning to take over her family.
