Yeah you’ve got it right. The six classifications Ang Xiao said are actually for the Grotto-Heaven Method. The Ancient Method is the 4 Classifications.

It’s kind of hard to explain but let me try.

Golden Core Early Stage:

Grotto-Heaven Method: Control a Fruit Position

Ancient Method: Follow in the path of a Dao.

Star Monarchs refine the level of your Magic Power to a higher level.

Spell Heavenly Masters raise the level of your Spell to a higher level.

Dharma Body it’s basically the same as the others use a technique to raise your Dharma Body to the level of a Fruit Position.

Golden Core Middle Stage:

Grotto-Heaven Method: Refine 3 True Treasures using your Fruit Position to condense a Seeking Immortal Method. Use the method to raise your Grotto-Heaven and make it Undying. This requires you to have a strong Dao Heart.

Ancient Method: Do the same things as the previous times to raise your level.

Dharma Body, Spell and Magic Power have different techniques to reach the peak of Golden Core Middle Stage.

Golden Core Late Stage:

Both Grotto-Heaven Method and Ancient Method is used to raise YOUR own Status to the level of a Plane. The goal of this stage is to at least create a Plane and perfect it.

The Grotto-Heaven Method is fundamentally stronger than the Ancient Method because you can already start early by using your Grotto-Heaven to raise it to the level of a Plane. But there's a huge sneaky f#cking problem with the Grotto-Heaven Method most cultivators don't know.

Grotto-Heaven Method: This stage requires Dao Attainment with the Five Elements. It's not as simple as it seems. The Primordial Saint made this stage hard and complicated as f#ck to f#ck over anyone who isn’t smart.

Use your Undying Grotto-Heaven to connect to at least 2 more Fruit Positions. Using 3 combined Five Elements Fruit Positions creates a Dao Fruition Secret Technique. They have to be compatible elements you can’t just pick one blindly to combine because it will cripple you like that dumbass Rigid Form.

Water + Fire + Wood = Not Compatible. Water would weaken the Fire which wouldn't be enough to strengthen the Wood.

Water + Wood + Fire = Compatible. Water nourishes Wood which then strengthens Fire.

Also the Conceptual Imagery of the Fruit Position matters when combining them. If they fail to generate or nourish your original Fruit Position you're f#cked.

This is basically the same for all Five Elements.

Finally reached your question which was the classifications Ang Xiao had handed out to Grotto-Heaven Grand Masters.

The classification of Grotto-Heaven Golden Core Late Stage Grand Masters just comes down to Dao Fruition Secret Techniques.

Initial Entry, Ordinary, Advanced, Peak, Extreme, and Golden Core Perfection.

Initial Entry - They have 3 Elements but no Dao Fruition Secret Technique. This is basically Rigid.

Ordinary - They have 3 Elements and 1 Dao Fruition Secret Technique. This is Feixue.

Advanced - They have Three Elements and Three Dao Fruition Secret Techniques. Most cultivators exhaust their potential at this stage.

Peak - They have all Five Dao Fruition Secret Techniques and all Five Elements. This is basically Ang Xiao. This is where it ends off. You can't go further than this stage so you can't perfect your Grotto-Heaven to the level of a Plane.

Extreme - This stage is basically f#cking unobtainable. Turns out Primordial Saint is a troll because the Grotto-Heaven you are building is incomplete. The Primordial Saint loves to f#ck over people without them realizing they're f#cked.

Thankfully Ang Xiao is the GOAT so he figured out how to obtain this stage. You have to combine your Five Elements Fruit Position with your Empty Attainment/Certification Fruit Position. Using an Empty Attainment Fruit Position mends the flaw of your Grotto-Heaven which is enough to complete Plane Perfection.

I'll explain Empty Attainment since I like doing this. Empty Attainment is creating something from nothing. It's basically a [Variable]. It's unique because it's formed from the analogy of building a house. Using 5 True Treasures you can create a foundation that forms and supports the Empty Attainment Fruit Position.

3 True Treasures = Seeking Immortal Method.

4 True Treasures = Unreachable unless you borrow from something strong. Ang Xiao borrows from [Great Forest Wood]. Supreme Yin borrows from everyone within Heavenly Prefecture. Feixue borrows from Primordial Saint. Lu Yang borrows from Ancestral Dragon.

5 True Treasures = Empty Attainment Fruit Position. This Fruit Position is unique from other normal Fruit Positions because it uses the waters of the Bitter Sea to grow stronger constantly.

Anyways that's all of Grotto-Heaven. I'll explain Golden Core Perfection after I explain Ancient Method.

Ancient Method: Use an Existing Three Fundamental Great Dao to climb and raise your Status higher and higher.

The Three Fundamental Great Dao explain a cultivator's existence.

Dharma Body - Body of a cultivator.

Magic Power - Energy that drives a cultivator's abilities.

Spell - Spells used to protect a cultivator's Dao Path.

Entering Dao, Dao Integration, Immortal Bridge, Heaven Treading and Golden Core Perfection.

Entering Dao - Follow the path and gain a response from the Great Dao

Dao Integration - Combine with the Great Dao. Once you have combined with this Great Dao you are locked onto it. Lu Yang used the Dharma Body Dao to reach this stage.

Immortal Bridge - Create a Supreme Treasure and use it as a bridge to reach the next stage. For the Grotto-Heaven Method your Grotto-Heaven is the Supreme Treasure.

Heaven Treading - Use your Supreme Treasure to create and Perfect a Plane. With the Grotto-Heaven Method reaching this stage is normally impossible because your Grotto-Heaven is flawed. Or you can just create a Plane directly. Or just let a Dao Lord raise your Status with no effort.

Here are some of the Planes:

Foundation Establishment Realm (Not to be confused with the Cultivation Stage) - Created by Myriad Treasure Peak Lord World Honored One.

This Plane is used as a buffer for Foundation Establishment cultivators to support Golden Core cultivators and the Other Shore above and to stabilize the Sea of Light.

This Plane is also the fundamental reason why Foundation Establishment cultivators can manipulate high level concepts like Karma and Luck of all Qi Condensation cultivators and Mortals. It's because they all stand at a higher Status than them.

Netherworld - Created by Beast Taming Peak Lord Dao Tianqi

This Plane takes all souls that have died or dissipated and recycles them into the Cycle of Reincarnation. It is positioned at a lower level than the Sea of Light so it stabilizes the Mortal Realm and Other Shore better.

Heavenly Palace - Created by Lu Yang.

This Plane is a Palace used by Lu Yang to raise his Status to Heaven Treading Realm and house all of his Dao Lineage: Cultivators, Deification Method, True Treasures, Empty Attainment Core Position/Great Dao.

Yellow Millet - Created by Miao Le

This Plane is a Dream Plane that forces everyone in the Sea of Light into a Dream. It's used to attain Tribulation Great Dao.

Ancient Method and Grotto-Heaven Method are both Methods taken towards Golden Core Perfection.

After reaching the Heaven Treading Realm the next stage is to take a leap and become a Golden Core Perfection Dao Monarch.

If you leap at the Immortal Bridge Realm you are guaranteed to fail and get lost within the Void Darkness.

If you leap at the Heaven Treading Realm you will eventually fail and get lost within the Void Darkness.

There are three things needed to reach Golden Core Perfection.

1. A Perfected Plane.

2. A Sublimated Dao Lineage. For Example: Saint Sect, Sword Sect, Pure Land, Dao Court, Netherworld.

3. Hmm what's this one? I don't remember actually...

After that you've reached the level of a Dao Monarch which is basically Nascent Soul.

Of course a Dao Monarch is different from a Dao Lord.
