Am fully caught up (62). It's good imo. It's very similar to Astral Apostle, but with a MUCH more simple power and less time spent in each world. MCs personal power (excluding the descending thing) is basically insane levels of insight.

He can descend with either his consciousness or body depending on how long he leaves it to charge up - currently it has just been with consciousness. Upon arrival in a new world he gets a set amount of years to remain there - currently no real idea of what would happen to the body he inhabits after that. First time was as a young child with no family and second was basically being born again as a baby.

It looks like MC will use Martial Arts as his main path and focus solely on improving it, rather than diversifying into multiple paths, though he does study them as inspiration to evolve his path.

There are many time skips throughout, which I personally think is a positive for this novel. Instead of spending dozens of chapters in a world, we are basically shown the highlights. It works here since things are very seclusion-heavy with a focus on his insight. He also ties himself to a large sect each time, so he doesn't need to go out and find rare resources or anything. Just stay in seclusion and increase his knowledge and realm.

It's also very good in that he doesn't spend ages putting off increasing his strength either - pretty quickly after returning he increases his strength to the same level it was before, or even improves it.

MC is very calm and rational, knowing when to hide his strength and when to show off. The world seems to be very high tech - 3 main AI goddesses controlling things, Full Dive type things to measure power and battle against others rather than risking doing it in the real world and causing tremendous damage etc. Some parts with the AIs do seem kinda strange - like it's mentioned they can instantly connect to anyone without their consent and basically ask for permission from those at a higher citizen level as a formality. We are told this from one of the only higher level citizens who has to approve of the Goddesses rewards to MC - him approving connecting their call and approving the reward is just purely for show, as he know they can and will do it regardless of his opinion.

Given that it feels a bit weird how seemingly trusting everyone is with them, especially the MC. But it may just be that the lower level you are, the less you know about them. MC and those around him are basically all Citizen Level 1 at the start, with only the MC increasing due to his power. - We are also told that the Wisdom Goddess just gives all citizens a small subroutine to consult with, so they probably just don't realise how powerful she really is. It will be interesting to see more of these AI Goddeses in the future, especially since the Wisdom one is giving special attention to MC as he is providing a brand new evolution path. I wonder if there are some higher ups who want to try and fight against them.

Overall I'd definetly reccomend giving it a try. Especially if, like me, you dropped Astral Apostle when the cultivation world started given the negative reviews about it and the author going on hiatus. It scratches that itch well enough imo.

I'm caught up with the raws. There is no romance, unlike what the genres may have lead you to believe.

This is one of the best novels of its genre. Mostly because of the plot. The mc has everything at easy level. One sign that it shows the author is a bit half-hearted about making it a great story, are the 3 goddesses. There is no way ever that people would give up their power to AI. Especially those powerful ones. Similarly to what is happening with chatgpt. All those prompts and answers are stored. If their top people want to access your history-conversations, they can easily do that. So this easy life, with easy level ups and no enemies, is not really possible. Another point to mention that I find it a bit like poison is his love-concern towards family or masters on each of the world travels. This person, even after being powerful and hundreds of years old still recognises useless people as parents... and treats them with respect (again it is a personal poison). There is a lot of rewording in the novel, for example you might see one paragraph, you will see it again a little bit later with different words. This happens a lot. For those who like face-slapping, you do not have to worry, there is plenty here. Sometimes even a whole chapter is allocated to show the mc's greatness... It is a very good novel on this genre because of the lack of good competition. I do recommend it though for the ones that do not have anything else and do speedrun it. I am at ch61 and in my opinion this is a good novel and the people who have a problem with the pacing of the novel just try reading Astral Apostle martial arts arc. That arc became so boring because the author extended it for 200+ chapters.

The pace of this novel is blistering. Literally 0 time to stop n smell the roses before chasing the next advancement, with purely peanut gallery scenes strewn in between then. The only saving grace of the novel is the myriad world arcs, which are his main cheat, so there's alot of em.

the novel is very good! I read up to chapter 215 and I'm hoping to release more chapters.. advantages: Op mc + no love interest + fast progression, etc. The world is similar to Swallowed star so if you liked Swallowed star you will love this novel!
