Honestly I really love this novel but I have got to say there is so much trust issues going on in this world especially around the mc. i might be thinking too much or the author purposely made it like that but I fell like there are so many “feeling moved” type of energy going around that I am getting tired of it

This is without a doubt the best, English, cultivation novel that I've read, probably even better than most Chinese cultivation novels too. (I've read all the 1700+ chapters available at this point).
This is because unlike those novels where there's a shit plot, which is comprised of only fight scenes after fight scenes, unimportant characters and other stuff like that this novel actually gives a lot of importance to its characters and we have a lot of development and payoff moments further down the line. The plot is not anything too special tbh, but it's not bad and if u grow to love the characters it is enough to keep u hooked. It is not bad by any means.
This novel is not for everyone tho.
Reasons u might not like this novel:
The start/the beginning arcs: I'll admit that the beginning is kinda bad and it feels like this story is a death note fanfiction together with a transmigrating story, but if u can pull through, I'd say until he meets evelynn, then it only gets better after every arc. This was the author first story so cut him some slack cuz he is improving as he writes.
Romance/harem: this novel does something that I really like which is making the romance/harem a major thing in the story and so you'll have many chapters of flirting, sex scenes (tho it'll take awhile for those) and other stuff related to this. Some parts of the novel might have too many of these scenes but right now I think the author has already found the right balance between them and the actual plot so it blends in well. All his women are quite important to the story so you'll like most of them and aside from that their entry in the harem will make sense tho PS. The romance takes awhile but it's satisfying when u see it happen.
Future of the story:
Fight scenes: although this bit is kinda related to plot I just wanna say even tho in the beginning the fight scenes are kinda bad cuz the MC relies on his cheat, fallen heaven, a lot it really gets better as the story progresses. They're usually short but satisfying so u rarely have fights between 2 characters that span like 5 chaps or something tho when it comes to group battles that can happen.
Plot: for the most part it's a bit slow and the story can feel like a slice of life sometimes, but if you're binge reading there shouldn't be any issues.
Logan aka the MC father: poor guy keeps getting hate comments when most of what people don't like about him isn't really his fault, tho it could have been avoided. Just cut the man some slack
At the top of my head I think these are all of it's biggest "flaws" that I see people complaining about in the comment section/here.

Just to finish I just wanna say that THE marriage arc is the BEST

One of my favourite novel

sorry man, the author promised us character development yet its been 1500 chaps and still nothing. all i can see here is a self fullfilment novel. nothing special or anything. its full of hypocrisy and cringe. an 80 year old (including his past life) is smarter than those hermits who had lived for hundreds or thousands of years. its the usual cultivation novel which the author makes his character a gary stu. everyone is surprised by his talents, anyone other than him are idiots. dont waste ur time with this shit. overall its a novel made for 15 year old horny kids who'd like to imagine themseleves as a righteous hero.
