Got Dropped into a Ghost Story, Still Gotta Work괴담에 떨어져도 출근을 해야 하는구나

I've just hit chapter 64 and honestly, it's starting to feel repetitive and dull. The lack of real tension makes it lean way more toward comedy than horror, and the side characters are pretty underwhelming so far. There's still no clear overarching plot, just this episodic vibe that's wearing thin.

I'm seriously considering dropping it at this point. That said, could you at least spoil when the protagonist starts dealing with S-class creepypastas? Coming off Infinite Regressor I Got Stories to Tell, this feels like a massive downgrade.

I was really expecting more of this maybe at least My House of Horrors type of entertaining but it ain't clicking so far. How disappointing.

Bruh mc aint a pathetic coward who is afraid of horror and gore.
He is a goody two shoes who is masking his kindness as calculated risks to survive while there were countless easy routes a coward who fears horror would have taken to avoid this like sometimes times running away.

He reasoned having a single unpredictable guy is way more of a risk to others(strangers)than mc with peanut allergy eating a peanut to avoid that unpredictable guy(he saved a psychopathic guy by eating "peanut" while sacrificing his eyes and organs for that guy who was going to lose those things)

Gosh if not beak(a pragmatic guy)there must be others who lost eyes and organs acting crazy unpredictable (like mc could control everyones behavior 😳)

Author should just stick to one theme either a kind mc with mordern morality like RTC mc or a story about a pathetic coward not a LIEeeeee

Every single one of mcs decision up until now never showed he was scared ,he says mentally hes scared but he then just does the scary thing to save or protect somone instead of running like a coward

Welp Mc of Regressers tale of cultivation is the better version of this mc (both korean with a modern morally kind mc but the later is so amazingly written with no hypocrisy or contradiction)

Seoul is no coward or sacred by horror, i feel so angry 😤

a novel that i picked up out of boredom casually came to have one of the best part 1 endings ive read in so long. that ending was so good and had me yelling in surprise for a good ten minutes. if anyone is still reading official translation, i highly recommend you read the mtl— it’s super readable and still conveys all the emotions you need to read, i think

this last chapter of part 1..... wow, it was the best thing I've read in the last few months
