Is this good to read?

The novel Is good and worth trying out but the Translator is playing stupid Games with us, just like How the Translator of Unscientific Beast Taming ruined that masterpiece, the Translator is keep deleting some content from each chapter and he is dividing each ch to multiple small parts too.

this is bland it is better to read immortal in the magic world than this anyway at first you'll thought my recommendation is somekind of novel you can read to past time like this one but no it's comparable to sword god of the magic world although the title sound similar the author is different

Like the rest of the reviews this is pretty bland.
There are missing content here and there, clunky words/formatting at times, and a rapidly changing story development.
The Characters are...eh? I don't really have an opinion on them except for the MC. MC is almost like Eli from the Immortal in A Magic World or smth similar(been a while since I last read it) in temperament? personality? actions? One of those 3.
Also people says that the MC hasn't matured but how would an Immortal person mature? Especially one in an Chinese Novel?

I got to the current ones,
This mc is a frivolous young man who thinks he is rational, in over forty years he has not matured a bit, he is a genocide who thinks he is a hero by assuming false identities, He basically wiped out many families on the pretext of revenge, when he actually wanted the "Opportunities" and items from those families.

The writing is dry and lifeless, it doesn't make me want to keep reading, although it has some good things, it's not much.

Seems fairly interesting, though I'm not a fan. The writing's a bit clunky; simple to ignore if it's an easy read, but you have to turn your brain off to get past the odd sentence structure this one has, and there's nothing really all that engaging to drag you in either.

The main character is a welcome change from half-brained dimwits and murder-hobos, with an ounce of reason and logic that most xianxia protags are deathly allergic to. My problem with him is that he isn't interesting; he's defo smart, but he's not the only smart MC to exist. Nothing really sets him out as a character - he's smart, he has a cheat, he knows how to do a few wily maneuvers, but that's really not enough. The guy's dry. And the world, and the other characters, are equally dry. Reading this for me was like mucking my way through shallow swamp water with the sun beating me overhead the whole time like a demented old monster whacking his decrepit wang around.

Basically, this is a piece of mildly toasted bread with a bit of jam spread on top. Good snack, but not that fulfilling or tasty.
For newbie readers though, give it a shot. It's honestly better than quite a few like it. I'd say the first ten chapters are enough to get a clear picture here.

I am on the current chapter-142. I would say its quite good. It has both happy excited sad and depressing moments. MC has real personality instead of instanlty becoming only dao matter zombie and mortals are not valuable. You can read it. If author does not lose the essence it may one day even become a classic

I would say its better than immortal in magical world cause it feels like the world is more alive instead of dull and grey.
